The Cleaning Manager is responsible for managing a cleaning team assigned to various job sites. They are responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions to ensure a clean safe and orderly experience for customers. Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day). Responsibilities Primary responsibility is ensuring the site is cleaned correctly and according to the customer s instructions. Ensure employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties. Allocate workload to cleaners and inspect work afterwards to ensure it meets customer standards. Field customer complaints investigate and correct any issues to reassure customers of the company s commitment to customer satisfaction.
