New Vision Carpentry & Concrete is looking for F T CarpentersPosition Info Position Carpenter Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 30.00 - 32.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 2 Work Location 46-3728 Thurston Street Burnaby BC V5H 0E6 Benefits 4% vacation pay 5 days of paid sick leave per year Job Duties Interpret blueprints drawings and sketches to determine specifications Measure cut assemble shape and join materials made of wood lightweight steel and other materials Install and fit items such as doors stairs moulding and hardware Lay subflooring erect walls and roof systems and build foundations Maintain repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills mines hospitals industrial plants and other establishments Instruct apprentices and supervise other construction workers Job requirements Language English Experience 2 3 years of experience in carpentry is required Education Completion of secondary school is required How to Apply Company information New Vision Carpentry & Concrete Ltd.
