Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) TrainerLocation Temple Army Readiness Center (TARC) Arlington VA and remotePls. apply online at s www.potawatomitr.com careersFLSA Classification Exempt - SalariedEmployment Class Full Time RegularPosition Summary The National Guard Bureau s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) mission is to eliminate incidents of sexual assault by instituting a comprehensive policy that focuses on increasing awareness through prevention and education victim centered support intimidation free reporting thorough investigation and accountability for those who commit sexual crimes.Potawatomi Training LLC seeks qualified personnel to provide the National Guard s SAPR Office (NG-J1-SAPR) with (1) Program Policy Analysis (2) SAPR Program Training (3) Data Analysis services and (4) Prevention Strategic Integrator.Essential Duties & Responsibilities SAPR Project Manager Prepare monthly reports Develop and provide a SAPR Initiatives Update Information Paper Develop and provide a Draft NGB SAPR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the NGB SAPR Program Develop and provide Decision Recommendation Briefing Slides analyzing a SAPR Program topic when required Develop and provide a Draft D-SAACP Certified SAPR Personnel Year-End Report Serve as a primary or alternate as determined by SAPR Branch Chief to monitor Task Management Tool (TMT) in order to provide a Draft Staff Summary Sheet and Draft Comment Matrix Maintain and update a Best Practice Information Log to identify best practices by the states for the National Guard SAPR program SAPR Working Group Facilitator Attend SAPR leadership meetings and publish meeting notes Attend various SAPR Working Groups (DoD NGB) and prepare draft meeting notes Travel to meetings conferences and instruction locations as required Receive monitor and track DSAID Help Requests. Policy Analysis Services Training Analyst Provide annual NGB SAPR Policy Analysis Review Conduct a Draft Assessment Survey Create the Draft NGB portion of the DOD FY [YEAR] Annual Report of Sexual Assault in the Military currently titled National Guard Bureau Enclosure Provide a Draft Annual Report on NGB SAPR Create a NGB SAPR Analysis Report of the Workplace Gender Relations Survey for the Reserve Component (WGRR) every two years Create an Annual NGB SAPR Organization Climate Assessment Report (Climate Assessment Report). SAPR Training Instructor & Training Analyst Analyze and update all SAPR training curriculum Collaborate with NGB DOD and Community Agencies to inform best practices Schedule plan and coordinate DSAID Hands-On Training Classes Provide curriculum for use at the Initial and Annual Full-time SARC and VAC Training Develop and maintain a menu of both on-line training opportunities and approved face-to-face curriculum for SARC and VA Refresher Training Provide training by co facilitating Army SHARP and Air Force SAPR Foundational Training on an as needed basis Database Analysis & Training Services Software Engineer Monitor maintain and update the SAPR NGB GKO website Collaborate with NGB DOD and Community Agencies to inform best practices Develop modify and maintain general SAPR reporting requirements within SAPR NGB GKO system or specialized utility programs Analyze user needs develop computer interface solutions customize software and computer application interfaces as needed Monitor and manage all NGB SAPR related systems including perform as secondary support for TMT Workflow milSUITE and NGB website front page Design and modify the SAPR SharePoint and websites Monitor track and report monthly each of the 54 states and territories submission of their monthly Case Management Groups (CMG) Minutes on SAPR DSAID. Provide monthly SAPR Dashboard Report Decision Support Metric Reports Draft National Guard SAPR DSAID Report and Monthly DSAID Discrepancy Report Prevention Strategic Integrator Coordinate the effort to align policies programs across the ARNG ANG and NGB Joint Coordinate the effort to align prevention programs across the ARNG ANG and NGB Joint to help create an integrated prevention workforce Identify connection points and best practices between multiple Total Force Fitness (TFF) domain Collect and Maintain outcome metrics and program evaluation methods which are synchronized across multiple NGB programs Assist NGB Program Managers in the development of process improvement strategies for the implementation of TFF across multiple prevention programs. Minimum Qualifications To support the major responsibilities above at least four (4) years of experience IN AT LEAST one (1) of the following areas Working in various staff positions in Division Numbered Airforce National Guard Bureau Policy analysis and development Instructor and curriculum developer Training analysis on lessons learned trends Data analysis and SharePoint management Prevention Strategic Integration At least three (3) years of experience in various staff positions Battalion Wing and higher or equivalent At least three (3) years of experience as a Sexual Assault Prevention advocacy instruction policy development a plus Experience facilitating and collaborating in workgroups with principals at upper echelons of military civilian organizations. Experience with software applications and SharePoint website management Other Requirements Able to travel to various locations for policy analysis and instruction.
