Customer Service Representative - Akron Ohio - JOB 21-00740 Salary Range 18.00 - 20.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits. Akron Ohio area company is seeking to hire several Customer Service Representatives to make and answer customer calls open work orders schedule and dispatch service. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate Organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to answer incoming customer calls requesting service on material handling equipment assign services needed to Service Technicians and maintain a dispatch log of estimated arrival times. Strong computer skills are essential to open work orders and communicate with numerous Service Technicians and customers throughout the day coordinate parts needed by Service Technicians and assist in resolving customer-related issues. Review service history for equipment before dispatching to determine any possible warranty or rework Ensure that all Service Technicians assigned to the road are dispatched in the most efficient and effective manner considering travel distances customer needs and technician skill levels Schedule most effective completion of repair and contact required customers in advance Maintain a dispatch log to provide estimate arrival times for service call Issue work order numbers to technicians when needed Assist in customer disputes in a friendly and courteous manner Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all paperwork for the department Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
