This job requires good communication skills as well as a good ability to adapt to different situations. You will assist adjusters and insurance companies in completing exterior inspections and sometimes interior. General construction knowledge is a benefit but not a must. Some large buildings will need to be accessed at times. This is a 1099 position you will need your own transportation and ladders. Travel is an option and not required.
